Jyotsna’s 32 years as a visionary C-level leader—as well as a wildly successful entrepreneur—has lead to awards and recognitions because of the results she gets for her clients. Jyotsna brings two decades of experience in International Civil Services with United Nations specialized agency the World Health Organization, employing cutting edge strategies to help businesses with the following:
Jyotsna has brought her business acumen to over 100 schools, introducing computer educatio in India since 1988. Her experience in education has expanded her vision to create “Happy Schools and colleges”, enhancing each student’s psychology, developing behavioral skills, and prioritizing leadership value.
She started her career with India’s renowned engineering university, the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, where she initiated her M. Phil studies.

Jyotsna’s skills didn’t manifest overnight. Her journey has been a story of positive education, credentialed experience, and certification to be the best possible coach she can be.
She has an MBA (97.5% score) from Washington State University (U.S.A.), the 7th-ranked program globally, M. Tech (97.22% score) from JNU, Delhi and B.E. from NSUT Delhi, ranked 8th in India, has been honored with the “Gold Medal” for the best all-rounder student.
With decades of experience in change management and developing the skills to help others feel empowered in business and in their lives, Jyotsna has realized a few personal aspirations—but she’s not done yet. She wants to bring together like-minded people to make a better world. A happier world, and a more joyous place for everyone to live. Jyotsna loves spiritual exploration and has conducted Happiness Courses for adults for five years, in association with an International NGO.
She has traveled to over 150 countries and undertaken overseas assignments in areas affecting a quarter of the world’s population. Her favorite charity is her NGO that works in the area of skill development for under- privileged, since 2007.
Her key to success? She believes in being a life-long student, continually using both successes and failures as opportunities to live and grow.
